ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE POLICY.

Evergreen Empire LTD believes that artificial intelligence, when used responsibly, can support human creativity, expand access to music, and create new opportunities for our artists and audiences. We also believe that the rights, voices, likenesses, names and creative works of human artists must be protected, and that any use of artificial intelligence in connection with our catalogue must respect those rights and the law.

Evergreen Empire and its artists expressly reserve all rights, including copyright, neighbouring rights, performers' rights, moral rights, trade marks, name and likeness rights, and any sui generis or contractual rights, in all recordings, compositions, lyrics, audiovisual works, images, voices, performances, biographical information and other materials associated with our company and our roster.

No part of our content may be used to train, fine-tune, ground, evaluate, prompt, augment, retrieve from, or otherwise develop or operate any generative artificial intelligence or machine learning system without the prior, express, written authorisation of Evergreen Empire LTD or the relevant rights holder.

The following activities are strictly prohibited without our prior written consent: (a) ingesting, scraping or copying our content for AI training or model development; (b) generating synthetic vocals, performances, voices, likenesses or stylistic imitations of our artists; (c) creating deepfakes, voice clones, soundalikes or unauthorised collaborations; (d) using AI to produce derivative works of our recordings, compositions or audiovisual works; and (e) distributing, monetising or promoting any of the above.

Where Evergreen Empire chooses to use AI tools internally, we do so under clear human direction and oversight. Such use may include audio mastering and restoration, transcription, translation and localisation, stem separation for creative production, metadata enrichment, security, accessibility, marketing analytics, and the protection of our artists against impersonation and fraud.

Any commercial creative use of AI involving an Evergreen Empire artist requires the artist's informed consent, appropriate credit and fair commercial terms, in addition to our authorisation as the rights holder.

Where AI is used in a meaningful creative capacity in works we release, we aim to disclose that use in a manner consistent with industry standards and applicable law. We support clear labelling of AI-generated and AI-assisted content so that audiences can make informed choices.

We will actively enforce our rights, and the rights of our artists, against the unauthorised use of voices, names, likenesses, performances and works by AI systems and their operators. This includes the use of takedown procedures, technical protection measures, and legal action where appropriate.

Platforms, service providers and partners that host, distribute, promote or process our content must implement reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised AI ingestion and generation involving our catalogue, and must cooperate with our enforcement efforts.
